XAVERIAN'S CORNER I Need You from the Xavier Songwriters' Guild Posted Wednesday, 02-Feb-2005 11:58 AM The Xavier Songwriters' Guild is a newly organized club which aims to develop in students the art of songwriting. One of its sessions this year focused on the importance of a song's melody. The concept of “hook” in a song was discussed, and the club members seem to have captured that stuck-in-my-head element in their original song I Need You .
