Posted Friday, 24-Nov-2006 7:25 AM

With the onset of medical breakthroughs on health in recent years, men and women are now in a quandary as to who and what to believe!

Is the cabbage soup diet really effective? Alkaline, Distilled or purified water? How does ion detox really work? Where can I get relief from chronic muscle pain? What’s the latest on diet trends, weight loss techniques and proper food intake? Are supplements and vitamins really essential to maintain good health? How do I prevent the onset of osteoporosis or diabetes?

DR. CHRISTIAN MANCAO and DR. NINA SYQUIA-SIOSON will dispel all myths on NOVEMBER 21, 2006, 8.00-11.00am. at the XS HS MPH.

Dr. Mancao's medical practice is focused on a non-invasive Chronic Muscle Pain Management. He also guides his patients on the benefits of detox, water intake, supplements, and the harmful side-effects of many over-the-counter and prescription drugs.

Dr. Sioson, a nutritionist, is presently a member of the Nutrition Support Team in St. Luke's Medical Center, QC and currently completing her doctorate course in Holistic Nutrition at Clayton College of Natural Health in Alabama USA .

Clear all your doubts and put yourself on the fast track to better health.
