College Talk Series '06-'07
Mr. Glenn Lacon, H4 Guidance Counselor

Posted Friday, 13-Oct-2006 3:52 PM

The High School Guidance Department aims to provide the students with different avenues where they can explore their future and one of the main domains of this objective is the College Talk Series which is done annually.

This program helps especially the High Four students in carefully choosing the right school in college. This year, several Colleges and Universities in Metro Manila were invited to orient and introduce H4 Xavier students to what each school can offer.

The six schools that were invited included: Ateneo de Manila University, De La Salle University, University of the Philippines, University of Santo Tomas, DLSU-College of St. Benilde, and the University of Asia and the Pacific.

Each school was given an hour to promote the school and to answer questions from the students. All talks had a video presentation of their programs, facilities, courses, activities, and profile of students/alumni. The invited schools also gave out brochures flyers and posters.
