Newspaper Drive 2006

     We wish to congratulate the following classes for winning the Newspaper Drive for School Year 2006 – 2007 for their respective grade levels:

     The winners were awarded a certificate during the General Assembly. All first place winners were treated to a pizza party.  The second place winners had an ice cream party.

     The Grade School students were able to donate a total of 96,592 kilos of paper products.   Through this activity, the Grade School Student Council (SC) was able to raise Php 585,975.50 for the Fr. Jean Desautels Golden Choice Scholarship Fund and other SC outreach projects.  A check amounting to Php410,000.00 was presented to Fr. Johnny Go, S.J. by the Student Council Officers last October 16, 2006.

     The following are the total weight of paper products donated by the different grade levels:

     We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all those who supported this year’s drive.  Truly, we are all for Xavier and we are making Xavier for all!
