Asking your son to meet with his teacher at the soonest possible time since he only has five days after the distribution of report cards to complete the appeal process. If he still wants to pursue the appeal process after talking with the teacher, he should see the department chair person. If he still believes that there is reason for him to pursue the appeal, he may request for an appeal form from the DC. Only the concerned DC can give him this form. He should then fill out the form and submit it to the High School Principal’s Office within the allotted days. Should you wish to support your son’s appeal, you may also attach your letter but make sure that it is your son who files the appeal.
