Xavier Bowler Surprises Alumni

      No one thought he would do much. That is why Timothy Hung (G7E) decided to strut his stuff, and he ended up not only surprising the alumni, but impressing them as well.

      In the recent Alumni Association of Xavier School Bowling Club (AAXSBC) monthly tournament for August, Timothy rolled a series of 1198 (200 pins average) to take 2nd runner up honors.

      He started out strong, leading the field of 14 bowlers after two games. After struggling with the next two games, Timothy closed out with a mini comeback with games of 215 and 234 to take 3rd place behind Charles Tee and Daniel Pe.

      With the win, Timothy represented the Xavier Varsity Team well, serving notice to the alumni bowlers as members of the varsity will beef up team 2000s for the Legacy Challenge on Sunday, September 17, while the entire team will play against the alumni all stars in November.
