Have you ever ordered a delectable-looking dish, only to be disappointed by its bland taste? Or have you ever chosen a sport for PE that looked cool, only to realize that you haven’t got the skills for it? Have you ever tried to do something, but gave up because of sheer impatience?
Surely everyone has experienced at least one of the situations above. In fact, given our capricious tendencies, it would seem abnormal for one not to have made a wrong choice at one point in his life. That being said, the best option after having fallen into one would be to just let go and learn from it . Regrettably, that would be a very hard thing to do when one realizes that he has made one of the biggest possible mistakes in his life: choosing the wrong career.
Choosing a career is one of the toughest and most consequential choices that every senior must make. One’s career would most likely determine the rest of his life and one must be absolutely decided before pursuing it. That being so, a lot of seniors have yet to determine a clear career path to follow, and it was with great relief that they welcomed the idea of a career bazaar.
The bazaar was organized to give the seniors a taste of what being a businessman, doctor, lawyer and many other professionals was like. When September 5 came, the seniors left their classrooms anxious to learn more about the different fields of study that they were interested in.
Highly qualified and widely recognized representatives from each career field were invited to speak to the Xaverians.

The speakers imparted their wisdom to the seniors, and the seniors in turn listened with great intent. At the end of the day, some affirmed, while others began to question their chosen career paths. However, what is certainly true is that the seniors will now have an easier time picking the career that they wish to pursue. Now that the seniors have already gotten the important information from each respective field of study, all that’s left to do is to pick a course and pray that one gets into the college of his choice.
