Last August 29, 2006, Gabriel Ruaro of H4A was recognized in the high school general assembly for bringing honor to the school in two separate occasions.

First, he was called along with seven other seniors who represented Xavier School in the National Economics Youth Congress last July 22, 2006. Incidentally, he also represented Xavier in the Economics Quiz Bee and beat participants from 29 other schools to win first place.

He was called a second time to come up front to present to the Principal, Mrs. Jane Cacacho, the 2nd place trophy he won from the 7th Chemistry Challenge sponsored by the Chemistry Department of De La Salle University. The contest took place at DLSU-Manila last August 26,2006.

Congratulations Gabriel! May your outstanding example inspire others to let their light shine.
