XS Director Receives CKS Wooden Bell Award
Mrs. Benita Ngo, GS Chinese Department Chairperson

Posted Thursday, 10-Nov-2005

Reverend Fr. Johnny C. Go, S.J., Director of Xavier School, received the Wooden Bell Award from the Chiang Kai Shek High School Alumni Association last October 26, 2005.   Before moving to Xavier School, the young Fr. Johnny spent his early education years with Chiang Kai Shek. In ancient China, the Wooden Bell was struck to make people aware of the time.  In a lot of ways, Fr. Johnny has done the same by virtue of his vision, work ethic and achievements as Director of Xavier School.  May his Chiang Kai Shek-Xavier connection, made even more prominent through this award, be a living reminder and a moving inspiration to the Xavier family as we approach the Golden Jubilee and rededicate ourselves to the original Xavier Mission.  Congratulations, Fr. Johnny! The entire Xavier community is so proud of you.  Luceat Lux!
