Take your Child to Work

Posted Friday, 10-Mar-2006 3:06 PM

The Nursery Department tackles lessons on Community Helpers for the Fourth Quarter.  These lessons aim to instill in the students the value of hard work and an appreciation for the community helpers.

Parents have the primary responsibility of forming their children to be good and productive members of the community.  Hence, parents have been included as examples of community helpers.  As such, students are able to appreciate their parents and their work as community helpers.

In line with this objective, a special project entitled “Take Your Child to Work.”  This project entails making the students take a day off from school to have a meaningful “working day” at his parents’ work place.
