      Last February 18, 2006, Lorenzo Mangubat of H3C was awarded the top prize in a Photo Essay Contest sponsored by the Children’s Museum and Library, Inc. (CMLI) as part on the celebration of the Children and Youth Week 2006 (CAYAW) at the Ninoy Aquino Parks and Wildlife in Quezon City.

      The said contest embraced the CAYAW theme: Tipak-Tipak na Pagkakilkanlan: Huhubugin ng Kabataang Pilipino Tungo sa Panahon ng Bansang may Iisang Adhikain at Diwang Makabayan.

      Contestants submitted 6 to 10 pictures taken at the park for the photo essay, and these were judged according to the following criteria:

                          Relevance to the theme               30%

                          Photo Quality                              25%

                          Continuity/Flow of Composition     25%

                          Photo Composition                      20%

Lorenzo was named top winner last February 25 in a simple ceremony conducted by CMLI. Luceat Lux!
