     During the celebration of the Chinese Week, the advanced class Chinese students had an essay writing contest and a story-telling contest. The objective of the essay writing contest was to help them express their love for Xavier by using the written Chinese language in preparation for the Jubilee Year.  On the other hand, the story-telling contest inspired the students to use their ancestral language to entertain their classmates by narrating stories in Chinese.
