43 Xaverians attended the affair, which began with the
main program conducted in LHS's Alumni Room. As per the practice in Vancouver

Alumni Meet in NYC
New
York City, New York -- After the successful alumni meeting in Vancouver,
Fr. Johnny Go (`79) and Hero Yu (`72) flew to New York City to meet with
our alumni who are based in the Big Apple. The meeting was held on April
9, Saturday, at Xavier High School at West 16th Street. Unlike the meeting
in Vancouver as well as those scheduled in L.A. and San Francisco, this
was to be the very first time that the Xaverians in New York would get
together, so Fr. Go and Hero were only expecting about five to six alumni
to show up. However, to their surprise, thirteen alumni attended the event,
more than double their expectation. The most senior alumni were from Class
`72 and the most junior from as young as Class `03.
