GOLDEN JUBILEE

Greetings!

Good education is synonymous with formation of values, in our case – Christian and Xavier values.   These values are not so much taught as caught through individuals who are living or who have lived these values.   If we want our students to grow up absorbing these family and Xavier values, we have to show them that these values are lived by people like them – our alumni.

Therefore, in the spirit of renewal that is central to our celebration of next year's Golden Jubilee, the school will select the alumni who can serve as role models for the present and future students to emulate.   This formative effort -- the Golden Jubilee Tribute in recognition of Exemplary Alumni of the first fifty years -- will cap the jubilee celebrations in an awards gala scheduled in March 2007.

This effort requires your cooperation.   Please give this the time and interest it deserves and submit your nominations. This is an excellent opportunity to share ideas about values in family gatherings and fellowship with fellow Xaverians.
